Terms and Conditions for Product Delivery


Means of Delivery

Any delivery from our website is unified using local express service, customers can select one of the following:

  • SF Express Deliver to Hong Kong residential/ business address
  • Pick up at any SF store / SF service center


Area of Delivery

  • Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Islands District
  • Remarks: Lamma Island (Tues and Fri dispatch), Cheung Chau (Mon and Thurs dispatch), Pengzhou (Wed and Sat dispatch)


【Shipping Fee】

Shipping fee is collected from customers by third-party logistics (SF Express Delivery) in the form of "cash upon delivery"

  • SF Deliver to Hong Kong residential / business address*, at charges around HK $ 30-50 (around one to three boxes) ^, or;
  • SF service center / SF store pick up, at charges around HK $ 30-50 (around one to three boxes) ^


* The delivery service is only applicable to a single delivery location

* Except China, Macau, Taiwan and other overseas region

^ This price is for reference only; the actual charge is based on the latest price of third-party logistics (SF Express Delivery) , the actual number of products ordered and the delivery area. For details, please refer to the shipping instructions on the SF Express website


【Delivery Time】

  • The product will be shipped within 7 working days after the order is confirmed with successful payment
  • SF store / SF center generally takes 1-2 working days for the logistics procedures, exclude public holidays
  • If you choose to pick up your order at SF store / SF center, you will be notified via SMS upon the arrival of your product at the pickup point. The specific time is subject to the SMS


The shipping time will be postponed under the following situation(s)

  • Incomplete information of the recipient, amendment made to the shipping address or recipient cannot be reached
  • In case of bad weather, delivery schedule will be delayed or will be arranged again


【Check delivery status】

  • After the order is shipped, you will receive email notification regarding the shipment along with its waybill number do feel free to check the delivery status from the official website of the courier company
  • Please contact the customer services of Courier Company in case your products are not arrived to you within a reasonable time after receiving the email notification of the shipment. Do prepare waybill number stated on the email to facilitate the tracking

【Shipping Fee, Delivery Terms and Conditions】

  • Simply Mask will arrange delivery after confirming your order payment
  • Your order will be shipped out within 7 working days after receiving the confirmation order with successful payment. Please be noted that there is no guarantee on delivery date that due to many uncontrollable factors
  • Once the order is confirmed, no information should be changed, including the delivery address.  Please contact us if you need assistance
  • All orders will be subject to final confirmation depending on the supply of masks.If Simply Mask fails to provide any ordered masks or services, it reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer by phone or email before making a refund arrangement
  • Simply Maskwon’t call the recipient in advance to confirm the delivery time, please stay alert to the call from the courier company
  • If there is no lift from the delivery location, the customer may have to pay an additional handling surcharge for the logistics company, and the logistics company will charge the customer by "cash upon delivery"
  • The delivery time for remote area might be delayed due of third-party logistics
  • If the recipient relies on others to collect the products,Simply Mask and Third Party Logistics will not be responsible for the risks or losses involved
  • While sending the products to the address of recipient as stated in the order, the order will be regarded as the completion one no matter the designated recipient signs for it
  • Third-party logistics will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the products before the expected delivery date. We assume you agree with all shipments schedule should there is any delay
  • Simply Maskshall not be responsible for the delay or failure to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address.  Unsuccessful delivery of products will be returned to warehouse, and the shipping fee paid will not be refunded. All customers must pay the relevant delivery costs should there is second time arrangement
  • In case of bad weather, the time for delivery service will be delayed. Or other delivery arrangements will be made
  • Simply Mask shall not be responsible for any delay, suspension, rescheduling, loss or damage of the delivery due to actual conditions such as traffic, area, weather or other force majeure factors, whether or not the cause of such factors is within the control of Simply Mask
  • Incase of any dispute, Simply Mask reserves the right of final decision
